Nothing terrible value

Terrible room, very dirty we had cockroaches crawling everywhere one was in my bag and these things were huge. I’ve asked for a refund and got a bullshit answer. $150 is not a budget motel this is standard pricing. He says pest control has been done but that’s absolute lies. 3 different huge cockroaches we saw. Not good enough and not good enough from the owner for a response like this.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent 👌

Could have been more pillows

Good location. Secure off street parking. Excellent shower, hot and high pressure !! Massive TV screen.

Bit noisy at night with people moving around outside. Smokers outside the door and close to the room was not good...coughing and disgusting cigarette smoke filtering into my room.

The person who showed me through was very pleasant and fixed a problem with a lamp promptly. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and the stay was inexpensive. The aircon worked well and had been turned on for my return to the room. My request for an earlier check in was granted. The hotel was easy to find.

This is done to assist hotel staff to make some improvements. One of the white pillow slips was stained, the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly. I couldn’t find any cups to make coffee. There were dark marks just inside the door of the bathroom and while an upper section of the wall outside the shower stall had been painted the lower section which hadn’t had streaks and runs where some liquid had been sprayed on that section. I stayed in room 10 which had no parking for the room. When I arrived back from an event after 10pm there was an altercation outside from the pub just along the road. People in an adjoining room were speaking in normal voices and their conversation was understandable through the wall. As a woman travelling alone I felt unsafe at times.

Top motel location and value for money. Third time here (stayed in room 5) and again, had the best night sleep (even though the room next door (room 6) left their TV on ALL nigh - like who does that!!) This is really a great stay - wonderful water pressure in the shower and location is really great.

There was no soap and the last shelf in the fridge door was missing the plastic barrier so we could not stand up wine bottles in the fridge door.
