Nido Roma Norte

The staff was all very friendly. The rooms were nice enough and felt clean. Breakfast was a nice selection.

Monday-Friday breakfast only goes until 9, which is not ideal when you’re on vacation. We used the washing machine and ended up with large holes in 5 items and one bathing suit was totally ripped. The pool is only open from dawn to dusk so at the end of the long day in the hot sun, when you want to chill by the pool, it’s unavailable. By 7:30 it was too late, at the end of July. Also, towels are at the front desk so if they’re busy with other guests, you’re waiting a long time for towels. Paying for parking on top, while that policy was stated in advance, is a little annoying at 12/day. It would be nice to provide guests with a free pass.

We had a very mixed experience at Nido Roma Norte. The property is in a great location and our unit was very comfortable and staff were amazing. Unfortunately, we had to leave prematurely due to a persistent pest problem.

The room was very clean and well kept. There is a smart TV you can enjoy and the kitchen was fully furnished with kitchen ware.

Beautiful, modern property, very close to city centre. Great base to explore the city.

Modern charming well thought spaces… modern appliances

The most important part of a space is its practical functionality, this place lacks in one major factor; the sound. There is no sound dampening between units, as in, you can hear conversations from one unit to the other, every footstep, also to the exterior of the building windows and doors are not sound proofed and that is a major nuisance… We got the first floor unit 101 and weren’t able to rest during the day… if the upstairs neighbor wakes up in the middle of the night you’re waking up too… imo this major factor could be fixed with relative ease if the owners are intent on this… hopefully they read and address feedback and this will help potential bookers if they like getting good rest. Customer service rep (wpp) was insensitive in giving a practical solution (gave an apology and offered local restaurant recommendations?).

The unit was cozy clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Walking distance to many restaurants. The employees were very nice and helpful in answering all questions. The weather was in the mid 80s the apartment had two fans that worked great but it would have been nicer if it had central AC. There were no screens on the windows and mosquitoes kept coming in. Over all the place was nice. I think I would stay there again.

We loved it, clean, friendly stuff, fitness, super location. Great coffee on the corner for breakfast. Once come back we will stay again here

The Nido Roma Norte is a truely wonderful place to stay. The apartments are situated in a beautiful area of Mexico city, tree lined streets, many great restaurants, with a quiet tranquil atmosphere all accessible to great food and tourist attractions, The apartments are elegantly furnished, clean and modern, with a well equipt kitchen and laundry. They are well designed and spacious. The communication between us was clear and prompt, and the security personal were super helpful and kind. I will return here again on my next trip to Mexico City and recommend it unreservedly. Thank you Nido Roma Norte

24 hour security and door code, no key. Great location

A very nice apartment in a great neighborhood. Friendly security on the first floor. The rooftop is also a wonderful entertainment area with tv and grill.
