Fantastic stay!

Awesome location. Awesome apartments! Will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

-Fantastic location. Right across the street is an amazing seafood restaurant, and Lardo another great spot. -Small kitchen but came with everything you needed to cook. -Rooms were big, and had nice big closets -Security was 24/7 -Private laundry for your unit downstairs which was fantastic, all you had to do was bring soap -Walking distance to a supermarket (super Walmart) and right across from an XoXO market -Gym -tiny but had everything you need to do a workout, a couple of cardio machines and weights! perfect gym -PH - had its own private rooftop, which was AWESOME!

-Beds - hard a a ROCK -- I'd stay here for a month if I could stand the beds, please put mattress covers on them or some type of padding, very very uncomfortable. Even though we had these rock hard beds, the location, and quality of the building made us want to stay longer. -Pillows - they put plastic on them, which is super weird - you can remove it -Street noise - bring ear plugs. The rooms in the back were perfect and silent, but the front rooms had a ton of noise from the street. -Stairs - NO elevator, ok for me but very hard for my parents, very steep/winding stairs, be warned all rooms are up stairs

This location was fantastic for our trip. There were quick responses from the staff when working to extend our stay.

The apartment is in a great part of town that is accessible to get around the city as well. The apartment itself is very spacious and well decorated. It was great to have 24/7 security in the building as well as easy access to laundry.

When we arrived there was a cleaning lady finishing up, but when we looked around the apartment it was not clean at all. There were quite significant shoe prints on the flooring, dusty furniture, grime on the back of the toilet as if it hadn't been wiped, and the dishes in the cabinets had been used and not washed. We communicated this to the host the next day and cleaning came but they only tidied our things/made the beds, but the floors were still dirty and there was dust on various surfaces. It is such a nice apartment, so it was a bummer for it not to be clean enough. We didn't have cleaning come after that because there didn't seem to be a point to it.

A little loud but expected.

The apartment was spotless. Very well-equipped. Great location.

The apartment lacks natural light. In fact, lights need to be tuned on whenever you're in the apartment to see anything, really, unless you are sleeping. A deal-breaker for me. Thus, I will not book here again. Mine was a 3rd floor unit. Also, there was major street maintenance in front of the building...very noisy. Management did not inform me of this before arrival.
