Location, coziness and design. Felt like I was in treehouse with lovely trees outside.

No elevator

Location is amazing, and the state of the apartment is very good.

When we stayed there was an unusual heatwave. Would have been amazing if RentinBA had portable air conditioning, but I understand from Mexicans that it is never usually this warm in Mexico City so can also understand why no portable air conditioning is available.

The unit was spacious and clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was wonderful

The front desk was not aware if our reservation. The owner had not communicated to the desk and showing our paid receipt and confirmation was not enough and we had to call owner a d booking agent to call the front desk

The location is excellent. There is always someone on the property to manage the access and great workout room plus laundry which was a surprise. Full size fridge, and kitchen appliances that we didn't need but great for those that do.

I was nervous about accessing the property and did not get a response to the emails I sent hoping to confirm the plan. The information stated that someone would be there, but some travelers have had bad experiences in the past so perhaps write a longer description of the key transfer plan so that newcomers are more confident.
