10 out of 10 doesn't seem enough. Right from check in to check out, the level of service was first class. The provided meals were excellent, the room looking at the runway was beautiful. We opted for the Gold Experience and it was so worth it. I set my camera up for a time lapse video overnight and ended up with a fantastic video. Walk out of the room and straight into international departures. It was worth every penny.
