Great caravan and location

The total stress when I had booked. It clearly states pets welcome- then I hit the biggest hurdle- I have 3 small jack Russell dogs- I had previously rang to check that this was okay- then was told that the policy was 2 dogs only, after I had booked and paid!. What an absolute nightmare I had over my honesty. I actually went there to buy a caravan, this totally put me off! If I bought a caravan on that site, then I can take 3 dogs, but they clearly told me that my 3 dogs are not welcome- so how the heck do I stay there to view a caravan and see what I think about the park? Other than this complaint, I enjoyed the park and the caravan.

Booking in easy swimming pool great

Noisy neighbours swearing arguing loud music we came home a day early couldn't stand it anymore did leave a message on your answer phone but no-one got back to me

Near home

Intimidated by the maintenance driver driving at 20 mph in a 5mph driving over speed ramps outside my caravan even though asked office to ask them not to, loads on back of flat bed not strapped down so banging.supposed to stay 4 nights left after 2 nights because of the intimidating drivers parking outside my caravan banging on the flatbed truck on purpose
