We had a good experience at this property starting with check in with Pamela very helpful and the breakfast staff was awesome as well. We got a corner savvy suite on the 14th floor very cool and modern. We will stay at this property again on our next trip to gdl.

El hotel está muy bello y funcional, la atención en recepción no fue muy buena, me entregaron la habitación con retraso y faltó amabilidad por parte del personal de recepción. Un aspecto que deja mucho que desear es lo tardado de los elevadores, se debe esperar demasiado para subir o bajar. Creo que deben mejorar ese punto.
