Hola el frigobat nunca funcionó , el agua caliente siempre fue muy tibia , extremadamente chicas las habitaciones

No es un hotel con la calidad Marriott, jamás me volveré a hospedar ahí. Sin mantenimiento, descuidado, el jabón de pared de la ducha estaba vacío, no tenía con qué ducharme, esto habla del cuidado cero a los detalles, las toallas y sábanas viejas y deshilachadas, el piso de la habitación sucio. Carísimo para lo que es. La experiencia es de un hotel de 3 estrellas carísimo y descuidado.

El hotel está muy nuevo y bonito y en una de las mejores plazas de GDL punto sur me gustó mucho mi estancia

Al estar ubicada en un centro comercial tiene cercanos varios restaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo

Pros: I liked the location of the property. Do not have to travel far for food which is a plus considering how much traffic there is. It takes about an hour to travel 12 miles in midday traffic. Lots of restaurants and shopping upstairs and downstairs. Cons: I booked months in advanced and was placed in a handicapped room. The staff member who checked us in did not mention this. I only realized this once we were in the room. I’m not sure how this happened as I arrived before checkin time so there must’ve been rooms. They should have done a free upgrade. My sister stayed in a different room and ended with bites one of her legs. Not sure if it was bed bugs but they looked like it.

The location was superb. Surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Overpriced and if you stay here it’s cause you’re there for an event outside of that I wouldn’t recommend staying here you’ll visit Mexico and a shopping center…..

Amazing

Hotel service is the worse I have ever seen in my life . They cleaned my room and forgot to replace the towels and floor rag. No problem , I went downstairs and requested it. This was 1pm. By 3:20 pm I still hadn’t received my towels. After many calls and going downstairs twice they sent it. But guess what ? They forgot the face towel and the floor rag ! Service is lousy and they seem not to care about the customer. It’s a pitty because is an ok hotel , but I cannot say the same for the staff. Good service is hard to find in Mexico ! Do not recommend the hotel.
