Nunca me apoyo nadie con mis cosas ni por qué vieron que se me caían todas tuve al final que exigir un botón cuando ya no podía más, los elevadores son un caos por qué el hotel estaba lleno y para subir o bajar era casi media hora de espera les falta mejorar la atención del personal por mucho y si no tienes tiempo o vas en fin de semana la plaza está saturada y no hay estacionamiento entonces tienes que dejar tu vehículo lejísimos del hotel

We were given a lower grade room then we paid so we had to go back down and ask for the room we booked. Clearly short staffed as we waited 30 mins for our room well after check in time.

Es una excelente opción de hospedaje, tanto para estancia de negocios como familiar. El hotel está en la zona comercial de Punto Sur, por lo tanto hay a muy pocos pasos una gran variedad de tiendas, restaurantes y casino a elegir. Estacionamiento techado y bien vigilado. Los cuartos son amplios, de buen diseño, acogedores, modernos y junto con el baño, muy limpios. La cama es cómoda y está frente a una gran pantalla de TV. Tiene una gran alberca y el gimnasio está bien equipado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, tanto para estancia familiar como trabajo.
