Pleasant enough, although the promotions overstate the extent to which it is clothing optional.

Staff was amazing!

Our stay here was amazing, the pools and hot tubs were so relaxing. Had a massage with Roberto and he was fantastic. I’ve never felt so good and will definitely be back. It being clothing optional was very nice and fun. I enjoyed the freedom and met some great people here.

I booked 2 grand resort poolside king rooms back in august, I also called back a few weeks before we arrived to confirm we had poolside rooms on the first floor due to some mobility issues. They confirmed both room numbers for me. The day we were flying in I received a phone call as we are boarding the plane. The grand pool building has some hot water issues and our room is not able to be used. the only option was to move us to the grand courtyard 2nd floor rooms or we would have to share the penthouse on the 3rd floor. Upon arrival our rooms were ready, he explained Sunday happy hour was 2p-4p, and 4-6 on weekdays. I checked into my room and it was very outdated, floor tiles were loose, A/C units were very loud and the bathroom sink was very slow draining. Since it was Sunday we went to the happy hour only to be told it was done at 1pm. Monday we went to the grand pool area to enjoy the beautiful weather only to be interrupted by the sound of jackhammering and other construction noises. Staff said they had no prior notice of the work being done. I also noticed a few of the rooms adjacent to our initially reserved rooms were occupied. Both stated they had no hot water issues at all. It was easy to tell this construction has been ongoing for a while but was never disclosed. Breakfast was very minimal, microwave jimmy dean sausage sandwiches, fruit, and the only toast you could have was rye bread because he said everything else ran out.(for our entire stay) . Later i noted my room was quite noisy, first from the AC unit but then because they were doing construction in the building they moved us to. Hammer drilling and other pounding all day long. When i asked about all of the construction I was told they are making major renovations but had no reason to notify guests about it before arrival. The price paid here was astronomical for the excessive noise and overall run down appearance. 4 nights for almost $1400, i could have stayed at a much nicer place! If you are looking for an expensive place to meet lots of older men for sex, then this is the place, but if you want to relax and have fun, look elsewhere!

This was our first time here as we generally stay at another local property. The property itself is very large there are multiple pools and hot tubs. Our room was nice but could use a little updating.

Some rooms are nice and have been updated although still long enough ago to need updating but others are back in the late 70’s early 80’s. The power went out which wasn’t their fault but the backup generator apparently isn’t sufficient and rather than supply things like the ac supplied the microwave and exterior

Great staff here

Easy check in, friendly staff and guests, clean room, many tv cable options. Unusually nice new gym. Close to beach and restaurants. Personally I would like the 2 hot tubs a bit hotter. Great stay.

The pool in the Worthington was unheated. The hot tub in Villa Venice was unheated. Disappointed because they should have services up to a level for what they charge here! I think management isn’t as hands on as they used to be. And it shows in little things.

I had no idea it was for Homosexual Clients. Never go thru expedia ever again
