No food service or they even bother them selves by any gesture to help any one

Close to the beach and had three pools

Frontdesk offered to call theming something is missing in the room . But forgot to tell that there is absolutely no WiFi or housetelefon . Nothing ! No poll or even bath towels only handtowles in the room . Bedroom has a window to the Schacht or pipes . My room was to the parking lot where people come and go all the time . I paid for breakfast and walked the long way to the arena restaurant . I was 10 minutes early! The guy told me go back to your room and come back later . So I didn’t even use the breakfast . You hear everything from other rooms . Very noisy.

There is no mobile network at all in the place i couldn’t call anyone or receive calls which was really disappointing

Restaurant and staff were good. Villa was close to kids swimming pool and close to the beach.

When we arrived for the check in, they asked a 5% increase for our stay. We had to pay by Visa card and they came up with a BS story, that we had to pay a 2% extra, because of Booking.com and Visa costs, finally we paid 5% extra of the total value. Long discussion. When we arrived in our villa, the ground floor was dirty and full of sand. Even a very disgusting towel in one of the rooms. We asked them to clean the entire villa again and the staff did it very well.
