Arena Beach Resort & Spa

It's a great resort comprising of only apartments and villas (not just hotel room), not over crowded, we were always helped very quickly whenever we needed it, possibly areas are best and clean, stuff in restaurant is very accommodating. Apartament is very spacious and well equipped and view was amazing.

There wasn't really anything we could complain about! I would like to see how it looked like once the whole complex is complete as now sooner parr od it is still in development.

Proximity of the sea

Not very clean, construction site nearby, no promised wifi, no microwave, rooms are not cleaned

I liked how it was on the beach and how there was a lot of pools

I didn’t like how I arrived from a long flight for them to let us know they haven’t received our booking. Told us at 10 pm that the room isn’t clean so we had to wait for the room to get cleaned. We left to grab food for 2 hours so we come back to the room and at midnight they made us wait another hour till 1am till the room was clean. We were with a small 2 year old child and that’s not convenient at all after travelling all day. Also on my last day of the trip I was tanning and as I was leaving to go to my room, one of the housekeeping staff followed me to the elevator to my floor when he wasn’t supposed to be on there because I know arabic and he got told to go on a different floor, during this elevator time he was asking me to put my number in his phone ‘to get to know each other’ and carried on asking what room I was staying in after I said no to sharing my number. This made me very uncomfortable ofcourse and no one should have to deal with people like this on a trip that’s supposed to be relaxing.

The overall service from the reception desk, the grounds staff and restaurant staff. The location, was exceptionally spectacular.
