The bungalow I rented was newly constructed and had such a chemical smell that after an afternoon nap, my chest hurt I complained to the manager his response to me didn’t match the importance of the situation. I suggested I take a lesser bungalow rate to remove myself. I was still billed the rate of the higher accommodations. His concern for this issue was unappreciated. He was very polite and greeting at his job through the reception process. My other interaction with staff was very pleasant.

Secluded location by the sea. Food was good but limited options.

The cleaning of the room was inconsistent and sloppy. 2 days out of 7 the room was not cleaned at all. We stayed 7 nights and the restaurant menu was too limited for that stay. Sometimes we ran out of hot water in the shower. The drinking water was filtered rain water which made me sick. We were confused who were working at the hotel and who were guests as they did not have any branded clothing and were swimming at the pool etc.

Amazing place and the view is breathtaking. Remind me of Ibiza overloking Es Vedra! Cocktails are good.l and stuff as well.

Location is a bit far and the road is bad but they organize a pick up. If you are adventurous as we are riding a scooter is okay but better atv!

This hotel is a little paradise. I really suggest to book here if you want a relaxing and/or romantic moment. I will surely back in future

Dinner at this hotel is not cheap, and there are no restaurants close by. Prices are in line with a mid-range hotel, but the portions are very small

It is perched on the edge of the jungle and over looks the most impressive view of the ocean and bird island! The property itself is so unique - the pool, the surroundings, the nirvana of trees, birds, trails and stretches of untouched beaches - unbelievable! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the chef is incredible!

There is literally nothing we did not like!

The pool was A+, the surrounding nature was stunning, the facilities were comfortable and relaxing.

Beaches were small, not swimable while we were there. Price to get to town was unreasonable.

Everything is taken care of and the staff are all friendly. We liked the healthy menu. The nature surrounding the spot is incredible.

There isn’t A/C in the room.
