Central location. New clean apartment with good amenities. Nice video with explanation of how to obtain keys. Lovely welcome refreshments.

Issues with payment link. I booked an extra night directly with company and they claimed they didn’t receive the payment and refused to issue the check-in details on the morning of my check in until I made an extra payment despite me sending them screenshots of the payment, two already paid for nights on booking.com and a cleared £250 deposit. They made it out to be my fault when the issue was actually with an error on their end issuing two links. Cleaner was still in apartment when I checked in at 3pm. No codes or password for alarm (which went off after their office closed at 5pm) or internet - rectified after calling office a couple of times. Sockets in bedroom (Top floor) are directly under a slope - would benefit from a warning sign as I hit my head badly after plugging my phone in.

Went out briefly in the evening and on arrival outside door code wouldn't work. Tried everything for over 30mins with no one to pick my calls. The other guest in the building eventually let me in. Very scary experience!!! What if there was no one else in the building? Also consider providing some drinking water; a bottle or 2 would do.

The location was perfect and really quite.

Very good location, 3-minute walk to Belfast Queen's University. Good facilities. Easy to check in and check out. Good service team.

Property was in an excellent location, comfortable and just as described.

Minor niggles were that there was an intermittent fault with the fan in the bathroom (it made a very loud screeching noise) and the main front door to the building was occasionally difficult to close and lock.

Very clean modern apartment. Great location. Very close to centre of Belfast and night life. Bottle of wine on arrival. Great facilities to cook.

One of the rooms could have done with a little spruce up in terms of bed and paint work but everything else was absolutely brilliant.
