"Great place- would stay again"

Lovely place. Staff were terrific and checked to make sure we were comfortable. The washer - dryer combo was a lovely surprise. Nice features

One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable. The neighbourhood was nice but definitely evolving

"Good base for exploring Belfast's sights"

The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped - modern decor/equipment to use in the apartment (eg microwave/kettle/toaster). Property is in a handy location for catching the Belfast tour bus on its route around the city's sights. 3 minute walk to Queen's University and the Botanic Gardens.

The TVs (there's 3) only accessed 5 Freeview channels, Netflix etc - no current TV programmes eg. news, were available. A radio or some kind of sound system would have enhanced our visit. There was a mess in front of the property at the bin area when we arrived and left. A blackout blind or curtain would have been helpful in the first double bedroom.

"A very clean and well equipped apartment, so handy to everything with wonderful hosts."

A very well located, roomy apartment, so close to cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket, and an easy walk to the centre of Belfast. Most of all the hosts are so helpful and couldn’t be nicer.

loved the sense of space that renting a flat over a hotel room gives us - and for the same price. Location was excellent. Really good restaurants nearby, city centre an easy walk away, and bus stop less than 2 mins away too. Flat was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely to come back to after a day’s exploring.

Nothing. It’s a stone’s throw from Queens University so in student-land - and we enjoyed the buzz of that. But it was a peaceful and undisturbed stay.
