Central Belfast Apartments: Botanic

Location was good for access to the city centre and the University and busses were available. Parking on the street proved difficult at times- especially weekends.

The heating system was very noisy. The boiler whined nearly all the time and the radiator in the bathroom made loud tapping noises. At times the road was very noisy.

Very comfortable, quiet apartment in a very good location.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. I accidentally left a coat there, and the staff were kind enough to mail it to the next place I was staying. Sadly, Royal Mail strikes meant that I had long since left before it arrived, but that is not the fault of the staff.

The booking didn’t go as planned as we ended up in the wrong apartment block away from where we intended to stay but I absolutely don’t believe this was down to the host, I think it was a booking.com error. However, we contacted the host and we were moved and the service from these guys was absolutely amazing. They even called to check in that everything was received and we were happy. The apartment we were moved to was actually lovely and spotless. I emailed at the last minute for a late check out and they were absolutely fine. Service is everything to me and I’m not the easiest to please! Thank you so much for looking after us and a great stay.
