"Save your money"

The Front desk clerk was unfriendly and rude. The room that was assigned had a faulty thermostat, which resulted in a maintenance request. No air conditioning in the bedroom on one of the hottest weekends in region reaching over 90 degrees. Would not recommend this place, until upper management reviews it’s policies and procedures with staff to ensure its quality and brand of standards.

The proximity of our destinations.

Hallway was loud. There are few usb ports. The floor in the bathroom was cold and the toilet paper holder was unexceptionable. It is poorly designed Toilet paper kept falling off!

The staff at check in get a 10/10. Super friendly and helpful! The girl was helping a new person train and they did a great job. Room was for the most part pretty clean but there was one towel that was dirty. Breakfast was decent, could have had a few more options. Kids had fun in the pool! Overall a good experience.
