"Noise from Heat kicking on and off"

I loved the room and I thought I would always go back there! I changed my mind after I tried to settle down and go to sleep. The heat was constantly kicking on and off!! The heat would run for a couple minutes and then shut off for a couple minutes and was not quiet!!! This continued all night long! The result was a very irritating and restless night! Christmas Day had been a very busy and tirey day and I just wanted a good nights sleep!!! I definitely did not get that! Cleanliness and all that was excellent, but that noise, definitely turned me off. I wish I could have got a refund, and start all over!!

"This place is beautiful and quiet "

Our stay was amazing!we loved this place! We had a small mishap in another room Christmas Day!! But the staff was calm cool and collected! They were super nice! We will stay here every time!! My emotional support animal was welcome and loved this place!

"Nice hotel in Oconomowoc with friendly staff"

TownPlace Suites Oconomowoc is one of the nicer Marriot properties we have stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful, I was with a relative who needed an accessible room. We were able to stop in before making the reservation to see if the room would meet our needs. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was kept clean. Food was hot and fresh with several choices. I would recommend this hotel and we will be staying here in the future.
