Absolutely loved my stay at the TownePlace Suites Marriott in Oconomowoc! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch — and a huge part of that was thanks to Scarlette at the front desk. She is truly a rare gem! Her warm, bubbly personality made check-in a breeze and instantly made me feel at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, but Scarlette’s exceptional service is what really stood out. She’s an absolute asset to the hotel and deserves major kudos. I’ll definitely be back — 5 stars all the way!

Pleasant stay starting with checking in. Nick at the front desk was very professional and polite. He took the time to be sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions which made checking in seamless. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was very good too!
