We stay at this hotel every time we are in town. It's a laid back, friendly location, but the reception desk seems to always be empty and we have to u\hunt someone down.

"They will steal from you"

This place steals. We had an emergency with a relative whose car broke down and she desperately needed a place to stay. They cited a policy about age, why they couldn't check us in, and then refused to refund the booking fee. This is despite the booking being made 20 minutes prior. The front desk has no compassion for potential guests and the management will double down and just pocket your money.
