Our accommodation was excellent, overlooking the pool and had views of the beach. Super convenient to go to a show at Twin Towns. The choices at breakfast were fantastic and there was undercover security car parking.

Excellent stay for a few days to catch a show at Twins Towns club and enjoyed easy walk to the club and the beach Reception staff could smile a little more you are the first people see when they come into the resort I don’t want to feel like I’m bothering you when I approach reception

"Lovely place to stay, enjoyed the Buffet Breakfast!"

My husband and I stayed at The Sebel Coolangatta for a week over the Xmas/New Year period. The Sebel supplied a delicious buffet breakfast as part of the room rate. Couldn't help but appreciate the excellent work done by the serving staff, always polite, friendly and super efficient. Thank you! As it was peak holiday period the pool was crowded with children so we didn't swim as much as we would normally do. The room was great, on the 5th floor, balcony was a good size and the ducted refrigerated cooling was appreciated. The cocktail bar was only open 2.5 hrs per day and couldn't supply us with a wine list, it seemed only for Accor members. The cleaning of the room was a bit haphazard and rushed but this was due to peak capacity I guess. Room was quiet despite being near the lifts and the housekeeping room. Would recommend.

"Great Hotel & Location"

Great hotel. Location great. Only there 4 nights for R&R. 50 min bus ride to Pacific Fair, 40 min to Robina mall. Room was large. Only thing i would say would be…nice to have squabs on loungers as they are hard plastic or change to wicker but all in all vety goid. Would stay again
