Great location, and comfortable room. Only negative would be the shower- there is no way to avoid have water all over bathroom floor. Would happily stay again.

This was a good value Trip A Deal booking in a King bed room. We have stayed at this venue several times over the years and would always recommend paying more for a larger, king bed unit. Our room was modern and well set up. Professional and friendly staff at all levels. Free and convenient car parking. A great buffet breakfast.

Great value with buffet breakfast incled in room service. Staff through the venue were friendly and helpful. Plenty of free and secure underground parking with internal access to Twin Towns services club with plenty of dining and entertainment.

Ocean view. Close to beach and walks. Gym facilities were old and outdated.

The Sebel Twin Towns is an excellent place to stay; this was my second stay there. The rooms are modern, spacious and well-appointed, with airconditioning that works (though see below). The location of the hotel itself is great, and it's very close to the beach and shops, with a covered walkway to the Twin Towns Services Club. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is superior to what you'd find at other hotels with an equivalent price point. I've taken away one star because there are no Accor-managed restaurants or eateries on the property, and therefore it is not possible to use the Accor Plus discount (Accor Plus costs money, so there should, at least, be an alternative offered such as a food voucher at the Twin Towns, or something). In fact I question why management has not, at the very least, negotiated that guests at least receive the small Member Discount at the Services Club. The Sebel Twin Towns also suffers from the same issue that many, many hotels do: the temperature is not able to be lowered sufficiently at night to make sleeping under the unnecessarily-thick doona comfortable. Overall, though, if the price were right I would very happily stay at the property again.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sebel Twin Towns. The location was perfect with a bus stop right out the front, beaches a block away and so many dining options all around you. The staff were friendly and helpful. My family really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and we utilised the pool, spa and sauna all of which were great.
