Location is good. So is the overall value for money.

Wifi was unreliable. Very noisy neighbors. Bathroom needs improvement.

Spacious apartment, great location nearby shops and restaurants, traditional feel, very responsive hosts, felt safe for a solo female travellor

Wifi internet wasn't good, would cut out every 10-15 mins. Ended up going to co-working space nearby.

The severe lack of natural lighting, empty corridors, and cold bare walls created a less-than-inviting atmosphere, especially for a stay spanning 5 nights. Even with portable heating, the apartment was consistently cold. In addition, despite the owner's water system assurance, the shower water was lukewarm. Wifi was non-functional for the first 3 days, and an electricity cut on day 3 added to the inconvenience. The accommodation I selected was listed as a 1-bedroom, but I was provided with a 2-bedroom space. While some might view this as an upgrade, it wasn't in line with my initial reservation and preferences.  Basic amenities like spare bin linings and a hairdryer were missing for the 5-night stay. The shower had water leakage that spread to the bathroom floor, contributing to a dank atmosphere. Cleanliness fell short, notably in the front bedroom and hallway, where particles were noticeable despite no shoes being worn in the house.  In summary, discrepancies between the listing and actual conditions, coupled with operational issues, made for an unpleasant stay. I stayed in an apartment on the ground floor, therefore other listings with Tasman within the same compound could be better.

Location was great, felt secure with the courtyard entrance. Two bedrooms were large and good sized kitchen.

Could probably do with more towels as there is a lot of leakage from shower which floods the floor. Maybe more seating near the TV.

Schöne Unterkunft. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Jedoch gab es für die 3. person kein Bettzeug.

Amazing location, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Basic kitchen equipment was nice.

It could do nicer with mosquito nets in the windows and fans or even air conditioning. It was quite hot in the bedrooms upstairs. One day we opened the windows and we had mosquitos inside, and had a bad night sleep. Another night we kept the windows closed, no mosquitos that way but it was quite hot. It would be nicer to have a big 20 litre bottle of water or a filter as well as a microwave.

A very nice remodeled flat, on a perfect location, walking distance to all the hotspots and an amazing taco stand next door. very good value for money!

We stayed a couple, so there was enough pillows . I think that extra two pillows for each bed will be perfect!

Location is fantastic

Everything else... haha Hot water didn't work at all. We told the owners as soon as we moved in, they literally did nothing about it. They had ample notice, but did nothing. Terrible service. It was cold in the city and my partner had the flu and really needed a cold shower. It's old and shabby, could do with new floors, new paint, new kitchen, especially for the price. Art was super weird, dark and distasteful. We covered it up with sheets. We asked for a late checkout as compensation for no hot water. As we had a late flight. . . They didn't give us a single minute longer than we'd paid for. We deserved a discount. They offered us nothing. Terrible people. We moved into a hotel across the street for the afternoon for 1/8th of the price and it was literally 10x better. I gave it a 2 because of the location

The location is nice. The house itself was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The house is nicely decorated. The hosts were helpful. There are many shops and restaurants around. We felt safe.

There was humidity in the house. The water in the shower never got very warm - it remained luke warm. In one of the rooms facing the street it could get a bit loud when traffic began.

Location and size of the place were good. The apartment is nice, it is older which we expected and except for the kitchen sink area and the bathroom it felt clean.

There was mold around the bath skink - the wall was crumbling onto the sink and the shower curtain had mold on it. The kitchen counter and cabinets were dirty - needs a deep cleaning. The counter was rotting around the kitchen sink. The furniture in the living room is stained. The owner should invest in some better window shades - the street light in the front bedroom is strong all night long. The water heater is old and did not provide adequate hot water.
