Casa Lumo in Roma Norte by Tasman

The coffee shops and location were very good.

The whole apartment was dirty and dusty. The kitchen sink and toilet were leaking. The bathroom was filled with mold. We were given only 2 bath towels for 4 people. The silverware and drawers were dirty and greasy, we couldn't use the stove, exhaust or heater because they didn't worked, broken windows in the kitchen and bathroom., hot water only runs for 10 or 15 seconds. The cables of an outlet behind a sofa bed were exposed. We have pictures upon request. We messaged the facility a couple times to do an early check-in and to answer some questions and never got a response.

Shower runs out of hot water after 30 seconds and bathroom does not drain - you need to mop water into the drain.

Sin duda alguna, excelente opción para cualquier viajerx.. A 6 minutos de la estación metro hospital general por lo cual tienes infinidad de comida afuera de la misma para comer como un auténtico mexicano o residente local.. Bellas artes y el zócalo a 5 estaciones haciendo un transborde, todo excelente y céntrico también para caminar. Sin duda me quedaría de nuevo 🙌

Great location and pretty spacious property.

The property was quite dirty. We stayed for six nights and asked to change towels but we were said that they can change them at an extra cost. Toilet paper was also not enough for the whole stay. Would have loved this kind of facilities to be offered free of charge.

excelente ubi y espacio grande

Unfortunately this property is listed as a 3 bedroom apartment and when we rent it we were thinking it will have all the equipment of an apartment for 6 people. It didn’t have a coffee maker or pans for cooking just a few bowls, the towels were horrible! The bathroom downstairs was really dirty. Some walls have humidity. Bedrooms were good and comfortable.

The main problem with the property is that it is rundown. There were holes all over the walls filled with tissues, the bathroom shower was missing tiles, the living area was a closet where they added two bean bags and mounted a tv set. I liked the small courtyard in the apartment and the staff was quick to respond to our needs. The other great thing about the property is the location. There are plenty of dining, shopping, and grocery options. There are also close by public transit options. Finally, the apartment could use a humidifier to absorb all the humidity. I would stay again if all my concerns were fixed.

Todo muy bien! Cómodo y acogedor, el único detalle es el calor! Recomendaría al menos agregar abanicos de techo a cada una de las habitaciones, con eso estaría muy a gusto todo!
