Casa Lumo in Roma Norte by Tasman

Location was ok

Not as expected, much smaller, dirty (mold in the walls) WiFi was bad and shower was mostly cold

We traveled in a large group and were able to rent multiple “houses” and still be together in the same place. The location was fabulous.

We needed more blankets.

The flat was larger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise, and it was situated in a fantastic neighborhood with plenty of eateries, bars, and close to a large supermarket.

Upon arrival, we were greeted via WhatsApp by someone who offered assistance but later only promoted excursions and directed us to contact hotel staff, whose numbers were unreachable. Unfortunately, the kitchen was barely usable as there were no pots, the frying pans were worn out and the oven was used for storage. Additionally, the shower fluctuated between hot and cold, and the internet stopped working three days before our departure. While we understand that issues can arise, our repeated attempts to contact the hosts went unanswered, which was disappointing. We hope they consider these points for future guests.

It’s simple, location is ok, presence of hot water, towels, reasonably comfortable beds.

We stayed in the room N4. Lack of equipment in the kitchen, such as plates, pots and pans, microwave. Mirror cabinet over the bathroom sink was falling apart - had to be super careful. Shower curtain rod is not properly fixed, falling out. After contacting the host I received automatic general messages. No personal contact.

Very nice location with a very nice backyard. The apartment was spacious and they had extra blankets, which was great because it was a bit cold at nights. The apartment was very beautiful!

The shower curtain wanton short so water always went everywhere while showering. Also the kitchen is not well equipped, there was basically one pot, so impossible to cook!

The location is excellent, in a quiet part of Roma Norte, but with good things to find close by. It's a comfortable and spacious apartment, though nothing fancy. I would describe it as functionally furnished. The place is generally quiet (very little street noise) though that does depend on the people staying in the other units. If you're looking for a place for multiple people (there were three of us) this is an excellent value. We really enjoyed our time at Casa Lumo.

The wifi was spotty, in and out. The terrace was not in great shape.

Great place and location

Host was responsive and helpful.

The place was spare. Need some lamps by the bed to read. The separate sitting space was not cozy at all. Bathroom floor was always damp. Front room was lovely. The rest not so much.
