Casa Lumo in Roma Norte by Tasman

Disfrutamos mucho la ubicación de la propiedad, el acceso es rápido y cómodo. Nuestra única queja es la limpieza, ya que al llegar nos encontramos con cucarachas, las toallas olían mal y había cabellos en múltiples lugares incluyendo las almohadas.

Good location, safe property, good value

Pictures are overselling by quite a bit. It's not nearly as nice as the photos. Extremely hot in the warmer months and not even a fan. Multiple cockroaches which I guess can happen. Pillows were laughably bad.

Location was good.

Me and my partner were eaten alive by bed bugs during our stay. We stayed five nights at the bnb and by the to third and fours day noticed bites in a pattern similar to bed bugs all over our bodies. I had a telemedicine visit with my doctor and they confirmed that the indeed looked to be bed bug bites. We had to dispose of all of our clothes upon returning home for fear of bringing them back with us. The host said they looked and didn’t see any in the bed, and I hope they are right for the next guests but based on all the evidence we are pretty confident about our experience.

Es una bonita vecindad remodelada de manera sencilla pero bonita. Su ubicación es estupenda, tiene de todo muy cerca. No es nada ruidoso y se puede descansar bien en ese sentido. Sin embargo las almohadas son muy malas, llenas de bolas y la calidad de los colchones no es buena, yo recomendaría esa mejora ya que es fundamental para un buen descanso. La relación calidad precio me parece muy bien.

Shower pressure is weak but wasn't a huge issue for us

The apartment was spacious, clean and well provisioned. I liked the high ceilings and inner terrace. The host was VERY responsive.

The desk was a little wobbly and while two pillows/bed is standard, it'd be nice to have more for pillow hogs like myself.

Great stay overall, good amenities and in a nice well connected area. Spacious kitchen and small private terrace. Only complaint is that there is definitely some mould, as with any older building, but it was fine with a window cracked

Very welcoming. Lovely ambiance. Nice firm bed and hot water. Excellent location. Very well equipped. Host was very kind.

Plants were desperate for water! Everything else was lovely.
