Casa Lumo in Roma Norte by Tasman

Al inicio parecía genial, después noté que se cae de donde ponen la toalla, el ventilador ni siquiera estaba bien estaba como zafado y no servía (cosa que cuando arreglaron antes de entregarnos pudieron notar y corregir) reporté ambas cosas y si bien se ofrecieron a arreglarlo creo que era algo que tenían que tener listo antes de la llegada pues lo malo del ventilador se veía a simple vista, la puerta hacia la mesita y el boiler no cerraba, el calor en la noche lo sentimos muy fuerte y sin un ventilador que funcionara:( aparte después de mi salida se nos acusó directamente de robar dos cobijas que ni siquiera vimos, no se nos preguntó si sabíamos, fue directo a decir o me las devuelves o me las pagas cuando ni siquiera sabíamos nada, ni las vimos, después de decirle eso a la persona solo dijo ok y no hubo ninguna disculpa por tan grave y grosera acusación.

Sam was really responsive and attentive all the time. All of our requests were solved fast. The place is in a good area, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and bars. It was also safe to walk at night.

Plants should be water often so they could bring more life to the apartment

Good location for being close to restaurants and public transportation.

Bad location for noise, incredibly loud on the weekend. Could hear everything from neighbors coming in at 2am. House was very hot, the only way to cool it off was to open windows which didn’t have screens so let in mosquitoes. Beds were so incredibly uncomfortable. They sloped downward dramatically toward the center, like they were broken. There were also cockroaches.

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of the subway. There is a big park a block away. Being that it is on the fringes of Roma, it is very quiet, but still close enough to restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The place had a heavy smell of Pine Sol cleaner or Fabuloso. It remained throughout my stay, The furnishings are old and outdated. Some of them are falling apart, like the dresser drawer. Bed was hard, but that is good for me. The pillows were too soft.

The Location is ok.

Do not book it. The apartment is moldy and had a really bad smell, we had actually problems breathing. It was also dirty and did not look like the pictures at all. The bathroom is dirty and really needs some fixing. The bedroom had hair on the floor and in the bed. We asked for a rebooking to another building of the company as the apartment and mold really impacted our health and it took the team three days to get us into Casa Santa. Which also looks better on the pictures but at least had not mold. We def can’t recommend staying here!!

The apartment was spacious and the layout was nice in the 2 bedroom and patio was a nice feature. The rooftop was nice as well (but no furniture up there so we couldn’t really use it for anything.) Location was great near good cafes and park.

WiFi wasn’t great, the kitchen pans need to be replaced as all the Teflon is scratched off and highly toxic in that condition, also would have been nice to have a coffee maker or microwave, or working tea kettle. Hot water in shower runs out very quick. Can get echoey if neighbors are noisy but on a quiet street in general. Also would have been helpful to have basic cleaning tools/supplies to tend to the apartment for longer stays.

Cold in January, no heating. Kitchen wasn’t too well equipped, had to purchase matches and there was no toaster. Shower pressure was not very good and hot water ran out quickly.

Beautiful property and extremely kind staff

The weather was cold during our stay especially at night. At times it was tough to enjoy the common areas because we were too cold to stay downstairs
