Location close to city centre, kitchen well equipped, Co-op store downstairs, good shower. Loads of car park options around. For the short duration we stayed in the apartment, it was a pretty quiet place. Easy communication with the host.

Sofa beds are not comfortable, but okay for short stays. Signs in the building about post theft and alerting about lack of security for leaving parcels outside the rooms do not help the experience and makes the place feels unsafe.

Property was located 5 minute walk to town and arndale centre. Co-op below. Good size flat. Very warm without the heating. Felt safe around the area and inside the complex. Would stay with my family again.

Was frustrating trying to find the property even with satnav due to one-way system; the road is closed and will be for some time as they are building in front of it (couldn't hear any noise) Annoying having to collect keys from a shop a few minutes away especially as we arrived at 10pm and trying to find it but no issues receiving them. There is NO street parking, we parked in a car park 24 hrs £5.80 about 3-5 minutes walk.
