At home Property

the property was great. there were 3 of us but it was very spacious, one double bed and 2 sofas beds in the sitting room. bathroom was a decent size and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need but we never used it as only there for one night. good links for everything and only a 10-15 mins walk from picadilly, even close from victoria.

was due to check in at 3pm but we couldn’t get in until 4 as due to the host having a difficult time with the previous guest, which is okay it’s not the hosts fault but i had to knock the score down for that because we was at wythenshawe park for blossoms and wanted to be there by 5 and ended up missing part of the first band we wanted to see because of this. you have to pick the keys up from a nearby shop which is okay but it’s the fact i wasn’t told about this before i arrived at the property at 15:50 which was 50 minutes after check in, so maybe that could be changed, but it wasn’t really the hosts fault like i said and they did offer a late checkout of 1pm which was appreciated but we didn’t need in the end anyways.

Ideal location for the Northern Quarter and tram links.

Good facilities could have had more toilet roll one wasn’t a lot. Everything else was perfect.

The smell of bins in the foyer / entrance and leading up to room was off putting

Loved the view from the windows. Day and night. Lovely little apartment. Felt safe while in the apartment due to only using a fob to enter the building

The location had everything you needed

The noisy neighbours playing music all night long was a nightmare

Horacio was an excellent host, great communication and the apartment was lovely. The location is really great!

Everything was brilliant

An exceptional property. Nice and clean apartment. On a quiet street. Perfect for going out and about. Return from a day of being out and about to a lovely relaxing apartment.
