Hotel looks like was not finished yet! Lots of dust and construction dirt. Toilet was loose and unsafe! Fire alarm rang at 1:30am and didn’t go off for at least 20min. Staff wasn’t sure what was going on and said it was ok to stay in the room!!! Area around hotel is very dangerous and dirty! Shouldn’t even be on Expedia page! Extremely expensive for what offers!!
The fire alarm went off falsely, no one checked to ensure residents vacated. The hot water in the shower did not work. I complained 3x at the front desk. I was not offered a room change. When I left, I asked the front desk staff if he could give a partial refund, he said he "did not have that authority" and shared that the hotel manager is not there on Sundays. He informed me there was no one for him to call that day. He provided me with an email, which I emailed explaining whey I was looking for at least a partial reimbursement, and did not receive a reply. I tried to call the number listed on Expedia and the hotel website, and there was no answer. I have disputed this charge on my credit card due to insufficient accommodations. It was livable, if you're okay with fire alarms that go off for hours at 3a and cold showers.

Property was very clean A plus. The Amenities was a F. There was none. Price was too high for having no Amenities available. Ice machine not ready for use.
Great hotel if you're travelling on a budget. No frills. Accessible (30-min metro ride from Times Square 10-min walk), friendly staff, clean bathroom, comfy bed, and affordable food options around. Definitely recommend.
It was nice but you can hear the ppl outside
10 minute walk to the Rockaway 3 train stop; 40 minutes to lower Manhattan; not many restaurants within walking distance; room was clean, bed was comfortable and relatively quiet; lots of sirens so bring ear plugs in case you’re sensitive to sound. Rates are reasonable which is rare for the Brooklyn-NYC area. Surroundings are safe.

Not clean. They checked me into a dirty room. The whole thing feels pretty sketchy. Looks like they invested in some nice photography for the site and paid for some fake reviews. Also the whole place smells like cigs. FYI FOR TOURISTS. This hotel is less than a block away from the entrance to the Projects.
The place is basically a room to stay with no other amenities.
