Washburn Hotel Suites

Staff was so accommodating and kind. Apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed.

My wife and I are both former housekeepers, so we know how hard it is to remember everything in each room, especially in an apartment, so I wanted to make that clear. We enjoyed our stay, but the following stood out: Although the sheets were clean in the main bedroom, they were stained and probably should not have been put on the bed. Since they closed the main office at 11:00, we didn't feel like we could ask for new sheets, so we threw them in the washer and had to wait until they were dry. Sink in the main bedroom was dirty. Tub in middle shower was dirty and looked like someone had stood in it with their shoes on to clean it. One set of towels smelled like it had been taken directly from the box and placed on the rack. They were stiff and smelled like chemicals.

I was very comfortable during my stay. Bed was super comfy. Enjoyed having a full kitchen, made the trip a little more affordable so I didn't have to eat out a lot.

It was very bright in the bedrooms at night. The blinds didn't do a lot to help that. Some blackout curtains may be useful.

There wasn’t a breakfast option at the hotel but a great coffee shop was part of the property and it was a good alternative.

Great location, everyone had their own room and bathroom

Our apartment reeked of weed and we had to turn on all the ceiling fans and open all the windows for a few hours while we went to dinner. The comforters smelled strongly of smoke but the pillows were fine, which was weird. The bathroom in the hallway was not clean and we are pretty sure there was blood on the wall.
