Very reasonable rate, full kitchen, convenient location to the event I was in town to attend.

No elevator — a minor concern that might have been more serious if my room had been on the 3rd floor.

It was close to the college. It is a nice size for a family.

It is showing its age some. Could use the carpets replaced. And some paint in spots. There was hair on the bathroom floor. No elevator and we were on the third floor. 😕
