Nothing I did not get to stay there

The property manager called me shortly before I was to check in and left a message saying if I did not return the call in one minute or less they’d cancel my reservation because they were going to close their front desk at 11pm. I returned the call 4 minutes later when I had enough reception to place the call and no one answered. I called again 8 minutes after they’d called and left messages both times but no one answered so I was unable to stay at this property or ever even speak to a human at this location

Staff took care of an issue with our original room in a timely manner.

We had to change rooms, as the hot water did not work in the first room. The room actually did not appear to be ready for guests, as there was no soap, shampoo, etc. like there was in the second room. Was a little loud outside, as it is located on a busy intersection near Washburn University.

Location was excellent. Nice downtown location. Felt very safe.

This location was close to the hospital.

We didn’t have hot water for showers and the front desk never answered their phone. The rooms were not clean. The bedroom with ensuite bathroom reeked of pot and the other bedroom had trash pushed under the bed.
