The equipment did not serve 6 of us, but when going to reception she sorted out enough knives, forks etc for our accommodation

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The location right up against a busy street. No curtains in the whole apartment. A beat up chair that shouldn't even be in the room. Ice maker wouldn't stop making noise even tho the ice was full so had to unplug the fridge. The first room they gave me the comforter had a stain on it, men's pee on the back of the toilet. Grime and pubes in the bathtub. A penny under the couch. They moved me up to the 3rd floor and that room was just as nasty dead flies everywhere dirty bathtub. The front desk clerk tried to clean the bathtub. After a 10hr drive I wasn't stoked on this situation, the cleaners need to pay more attention to detail. No elevator. Alcohol shooter under the bed. Shower water luke warm at best. This place was awful.

Proximity to Washburn

The space needs an upgrade. The walls are dirty, the blinds are filthy and broken. The locks don't work on all the windows and the deadbolt did not keep housekeeping from coming in an hour before checkout

Only allows an hour late check out or u have to pay for a whole nother day!

Would only change the location of our room. It was located right beside an intersection. Other than that it was great.

Very spacious, all the amenities you could need, the balcony is an awesome plus.

I only wish they had a fan for sleeping at night. You are right on the road there so it could get noisy.

Clean and convenient to the university

The street behind us was busy and noisy
