Great view and great room! Little coffee maker was adorable, just wish we received more than 4 coffee pods.

The property itself was excellent, staff were friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in were very clean and up to date, cleaning staff were sent daily to tighty things up and restock anything we used (sheets&towles). The upstairs breakfast area was also very nice and clean, the food itself was very good menu had good choices for all and had a nice view of the city. The only downside to this place was the area around it being in Tenderloin it has a huge problem with homelessness and sketchy people around the hotel and around the area in general. The hotel does provide outside security so that eased us a bit. I had no problem walking around and getting out of the area via Uber or walking just a heads up for anyone other then that my experience was lovely I would stay there again.

hotel and service were ok. no ironing board or iron. no hairdryer. no mini bar as stated on website. soap dispenser was broken. neighborhood is super sketchy snd someone was balsting music across the street all night that significantly disrupted sleep. wasnt hotel's fault but definitely will not stay again.

Very unsafe neighborhood homeless is a cross the street smells of u·rine/ marjuwanna in front of the building there was noise till 3am in the morning with loud music the people screaming and yelling as well siren's are ringing all night the room itself has no chairs to use for the table they provide while the overhead lamps hung so low you’ll hitting your head on it while sitting at the table trying to work and eat

The property was OK. The restaurant was excellent (only ate breakfast there). The area around the hotel was full of drug users and homeless people and very dirty with lots of garbage. In the room there was a table with a large glass lamp shade at head hight which I repeatedly hit my head on. Would not stay there again.

All in all a nice facility with excellent access to Powell ST Bart which will get you anywhere in the Bay Area

Beautiful hotel! Clean, welcoming, and spacious

Upon arrival, I was initially concerned by the number of homeless individuals in the surrounding area. However, once inside, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, my room was not ready at check-in, and I was offered an alternative room to avoid waiting. I was informed the only difference would be the absence of a bathtub. In reality, the room was not only missing a tub but was also noticeably smaller and lacked the views of the room I had originally reserved. Had I been made aware of the extent of these differences, I would have chosen to wait for my reserved room. On a positive note, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the walk-in shower was excellent. The rooftop restaurant was another highlight—beautifully designed, serving good food in generous portions. Overall, while I was disappointed in the room substitution, the quality of the hotel’s amenities would make me consider staying again. Next time, however, I will wait for the exact room type I reserved.
