Timbri Hotel San Francisco, Curio Collection by Hilton

Very good overall experience very clean hotel. The only downside is the amount of homeless people all over the place which kinda ruined the experience. Other than that no complaints.

Nice hotel conveniently located very close to Union Square and to public transport including the fabulous cable car. Unfortunately, all of the center of San Francisco is literrally infested by homeless junkies.

Staff was welcoming and fast.

The property was clean and staff friendly. Location was horrible. Lots of homeless loitering around. Did not feel safe to walk around. Also, read the fine print before you book. There is an additional $49 per night fee that is not part of Expedia's "Upfront Pricing"

Clean and comfortable. Nice snack room.

Timbre was a jewel in a trash can

I had an amazing stay at the Timbri hotel. The room was clean, modern and had an amazing view of the city. The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was amazing and I appreciated the $15 dining credit. My only complaint for the hotel would be that I felt somewhat unsafe going in the entrance on Turk street, but the entrance on market felt totally safe. It is also located near lots of transit, which makes it easy to get around the city from the hotel. Overall, I would definitely stay at the Timbri hotel again.

The hotel and all its extras such as rooftop bar and dining was excellent, staff was warm and friendly. Only problem was the area it was located was at the end of the Tenderloins homeless and drug neighborhood. Our room had a view across from the Liquor/Grocery store which was very noisy at night with people in front hanging around and talking , cars blasting music and view of trash on the street. Make sure to ask yoir Uber driver to drop you off at the front entrance of the building and not the corner. The hotel has a security guy at front and valets. The hotel also gave me $15/day to use be used for food/drinks. The coffee shop downstairs is very convenient and nice. Hotel room was very clean and had a very chic design.

area around the property was very unpleasant. very dangerous and suspicious little to no walk are due to everyone around the area. staff was great but very expensive for the amenities that are available. very over priced. valet was 80 dollars but other hotels around the area are less? my husband was getting charged more at check out but was a misunderstanding at check out? very suspicious behavior overall.

I was a little concerned about the area the hotel was located in however it was an easy 10 min drive to UCSF and my husband was having surgery early in the morning. The valet parking was great, had the car ready for us at 5:00am. The staff friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and I felt very safe with their security protocols. Also a shout out to the upstairs restaurant. Food delicious and skyline beautiful.
