The Stables at The Black Horse

The hospitality and kindness from staff on arrival second to none. Rooms are lovely and clean. And the bed is very comfortable

People next door to me disrespectful of other guests, noisy until nearly 1am in the corridor then again at 6.15am

The pub is very friendly. Warm and comfy

The breakfast is abit disappointed. The porridge you make yourself is bad quality

Clean friendly service that remained extremely supportive and above and beyond

Not advised of necessary stairs to access rooms at time of booking (disabled visitor), poor layout of bedroom and en-suite, continental breakfast delived by paper bag to room.

Asked about local area where I could find a takeaway, has the bar does not do food. I was told to bring the takeaway . could sit & eat in the bar & they would also provide me with some crockery

The breakfast could be improved-very simple delivered in a bag to your door-could have been made clearer on the internet but overall lovely stay
