The bed was a 4ft and was too small for 2 adults. Owners could benefit from looking to upgrade to double beds as many of the reviews mention the bed being too small

Good location for places of local interest and spotlessly clean. Well decorated. Excellent shower.

I am afraid the room we were booked into had bed unsuitable for two people of average or above height. Nor was it standard width. We could not both lie flat it was too narrow. The "continental" breakfast was an apple, a pot of add water porridge, orange juice and a collection of breakfast biscuits or chocolate snacks. It lacked substance and was packed full of sugar. The Stables cannot be checked into until The Pub opens - as there is no one to let you in if you arrive before 5pm. The only "Staff" we saw was the very nice young woman there to open up the pub, who let us in at 5pm and explained keys

Location very good for Kynryn. Separate accommodation to pub, not noisy. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast is in a bag but plenty of it.

Parking was limited but we did ok. Bed and room very small. No where to sit so had to sit in bed to eat breakfast.

Everything. Great room. Great bar downstairs. Helen was fantastic and very professional. The locals in the bar were friendly too.

Great location for visiting Kynren, Bishop Auckland & Binchester Roman Fort. Lovely welcoming pub & staff.
