The presentation of the room with a modern feel. Very clean and tidy.

The breakfast was described as continental and was left in a bag outside our door. Why oh why is it assumed that everyone likes chocolate! It wasn't even a fresh croissant just some mass produced thing in a bag. Apart from the instant porridge which was better than we thought and some biscuits for later everything else was not up to any kind of standard that you could describe as acceptable causing us to seek out a breakfast top up as soon as we went out for the day. The bed was too small for two normal sized people to have a good night's sleep. Well I know not everyone can get it right all the time but then again neither could the wall clock as it didn't have a battery in it, but it was right twice a day!!

Another room was very noisy and woke me up on my first night, although the land lady did come up and request they keep the noise down as someone had complained (wasn’t me) they were drunk and shouting outside my room

The location was great to go to Kynren, and the continental breakfast pack in the morning was lovely, plenty food and drinks to fuel you for the day.

Rooms nicely furnished. Good value for money. Friendly staff Nice pub attached to rooms

A cooked breakfast would have been perfect.
