Made to feel very welcome on arrival. The room was very clean and comfortable perfect for what we needed. Lovely breakfast bag in the morning. Great value for money.

Very friendly welcome and rooms recently renovated.

The beds in both double rooms we had were too narrow for a comfortable night's sleep.

Exceptional staff, Helen was really friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom immaculate. Really nice touches with soaps and breakfast.

No WiFi. Staying over for work, I really needed internet access instead had to hotspot. Mini fridge did not keep things cold.

Comfortable room with all facilities you could need. Well situated for getting to Kynren. Friendly staff.

The rooms were very nicely designed and obviously much thought had gone into how to utilise a smallish space. The staff were very welcoming and helpful despite seeming to be very busy in the pub.

I note that other reviews enjoyed the breakfast but I thought it very poor. No labelling on the biscuits so no idea what they were. Pot of oats to add boiling water to for some kind of porridge. Two wrapped items which I found inedible. I appreciate that the pub doesn't do food but if you are offering B&B there should be a better choice of 'continental' breakfast at least. Their website offered wi-fi everywhere but was extremely poor, making the smart TV useless as not good enough for streaming. Also they advertised daily housekeeping but on return that evening the room hadn't been touched with the bed unmade and the breakfast things still there. It is a shame because it clearly has much potential and wouldn't take much to improve things.

My room was clean , modern and quiet. Location excellent for KYNREN.

I didn't like my breakfast. Better to advertise this accommodation without breakfast.
