The Grant by Black Swan

Good place to stay, right down town. Easy access. Architectural find! Love all the space inside felt like a home. Only thing to improve were the pocket doors, they never staye open. Fix that and it would be perfect.

Very clean and perfect location! Large rooms, plenty of space and comfy beds. Also very quiet. In walking distance to everything.

More comfortable furniture in the living room area. All three of us sat on one couch to watch tv. It was snug.

This unit is in a fantastic location. No doubt about that. The security was good and we were always quite safe. However, we had no WiFi the entire stay. Everyday it was sorry it’s out of our control. But at the same time-I paid for a unit with WiFi. The bed was HARD. And I enjoy a firm mattress but it was like sleeping on a board. There was construction occurring right next door which I also felt should have been disclosed. It was very noisy-hammers and saws noisy all day every day. I guess I’m most upset that we were not offered a single thing in compensation. I realize we were in a gorgeous city with much to do. However, my wife has heart issues and can’t always keep up with all the walking. Therefore, it was a big deal for us. Even when I asked for a late check out which they could have easily comped, they instead charged us 60 dollars. So while it is a perfect location. I would not stay here again.

A beautiful space in a great location!

Great location, centrally located in historic downtown, very clean. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Floors squeaked really bad in the master bedroom and couldn’t keep the connection to WiFi. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We just stayed at the Black Swan for 3 nights with our four kids and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We loved the modern industrial style with the exposed brick. The two separate rooms was wonderful and gave us plenty of space (with our two youngest in the living room on the pull out bed.) In regular hotels we are pretty cramped, but here we could spread out. It was right in the heart of the historic district, which was wonderful for getting out and walking around. The only time we used our car was to drive out to Tybee Island. There were clear instructions on how to access the building and room and we never had any problems. Highly recommend this property!

Location was perfect! Spotless and spacious.

That the bedrooms/bathrooms did not have doors, just sliding barn doors. Would have liked more privacy.
