Location is amazing. Literally walking distance to everything!

Very noisy!! I was woken up every morning to trucks backing into the alley and people walking through. Also the upstairs unit was very loud. Constant banging, hammering and loud gatherings. Also the bathroom shower head had mold on the bottom of it and where the shower sprays out. I tried taking clear pictures. It was so gross. The place needed a real good cleaning. Dusting and everything. Linen and towels were clean.

This was a really cool property. Very nice inside and convenient to a lot of areas, the ferry, restaurants. Have to do street parking mostly or walk from a garage.

Excellent location and very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment at an incredibly fair price! The location is extremely walkable, parking was not fun, we needed a car to visit a family member 10 minutes away in the hospital but if you are just visiting the city you absolutely don’t need a car and should try to avoid bringing one. Communication was amazing, apartment was well stocked and very clean. Loved the Apple TV! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful place!

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Very walkable. Parking wasn't terrible, but not great. There's a garage a couple blocks away. If you have a lot of bags, this could pose a challenge. The apartment itself is GREAT. Big, clean, high ceilings, urban loft vibe, and the bed is the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. The only negative I have is the noise. The reviews I read alluded to this. But WOW, was it noisy. I cannot understate how noisy it was. LOUD. Cars driving by thumping and vibrating and blasting music at all hours of the night. People whooping and hollering on the street. It didn't quiet down until after 4 am. But even with the crazy amount of noise, we slept like babies because of those beds and would totally stay again.

Wonderful stay the only down side was no parking spaces. Other than that great clean service.

great location - very easy check in and check out

some of the linens were dirty and even though the office staff was still available, housekeeping wasn’t and we had to wash the bedding to feel comfortable sleeping in it. it was good to have a washer/dryer in the unit, but the dryer did not function very well and it took a long time to dry.

Incredible spot for our family. We had 2 couples and 2 kids and it was great!
