I highly recommend this beautiful property. This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Madrid. It is walking distance to restaurants, night life and transportation, although the amazing comfort of the bed makes it difficult to get up. My fiancé and I were there for a concert. Guest services decorated our room tastefully and on theme. I can't wait to come back! Hands down one of my favorite properties!

The pool area was beautifully maintained and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Every team member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Jorge, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
