Great location we walked everywhere.

Staff was very responsive and the unit we got was amazing. On the first floor we had our own little patio and the unit was spacious!

Amazing location right in the middle of Condesa with easy access to everything there and in Roma Norte. Very spacious, very clean. Great spot!

Nice rooftop terrace, easy and secured procedure to enter the building and the room

No possibility to open the window blinds, and the windows No hot water in the shower for the first 2 days (pretty inconvenient in Winter)

Excellent location. Housekeeper is incredibly helpful and super friendly. Comfy bed.

We lost power on the first evening and no one came to fix it until the next morning. Washing machine only works on one specific setting but there's no instructions to say that, so we wasted 2 evenings trying to do laundry. There was nothing to hang wet clothes on either. They tried to charge us £36 to forward some (inexpensive) sunglasses we accidently left behind to another hotel in mexico. There isn't enough room or hooks to hang all the towels. We didn't have any natural light as we were on the ground floor and our outside space was a sort of well in the building, which was also noisy from other guests.

Amazing location, very clean and quiet, great walkable street, easy to get into and very relaxing, well designed space!

The living room is 5cm/2.5 inches below the bathroom and bedroom. I smashed my foot into it causing my toenail to fall off. Kind of dangerous as the side panneling makes it blend into the floor. Additionally, bathroom was ok. Drain struggled to work. Hallway in the staircase carries noise from other rooms even when the doors are closed.

The location was great and the hosts were very responsive on WhatsApp. The lady you came to clean and fix things in the apartment was VERY nice

Some of the facilities were broken or run down. The hot water heater kept turning off and had to be manually reset. The shower was slow to drain and you ended up standing in dirty soapy water while you were showering. The shower stall also leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Location and it was clean

I was on the ground floor, so I kept the shades down for privacy but no natural light. Also the key pad at both doors doesn’t automatically show up with one push. I had to try different times.
