Location was great.

Hot shower that lasts only for 1,5 minutes

Excellent location, very close to bars a restaurants. The area felt very relaxed and tranquil in the day time. Easy to get around on foot or with Uber. Very comfortable apartment for 2 people. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Felt very safe and looked after.

A little noisy at times due to the surrounding areas or other guests. Hot water lasts only 10 minutes but that appears normal for Mexico!

No make up area or full body mirror It can get chilly and no heater or A/C

Safe location and close to many cafes and restaurants. Walmart and the Michelin guide taco restaurant is less than 10min walk away! Free use of washing machine and dryer, but to note that it is not inside the apartment but on the top floor of the compound. Tip to others, to bring liquid detergent as it is a top load machine!

On a couple of occasions the hot water ran out after a few minutes in the shower

very bad accomodation, only good thing is the position if you want to stay at condesa, but the pictures and descriptions are very far from reality, price paid is way too high for the area and for the service given.

Price is way too high for the service given. The assistance was nearly non-existent. When I arrived, the digital key didn’t work, leaving me stranded outside for 40 minutes, with responses only available via WhatsApp. The internet connection was unreliable, the bathroom light didn’t work, and the toilet paper holder broke almost immediately. The bathroom itself was extremely small, making it hard to move, and the hot water supply was limited to just 35 liters. CAREFUL! There’s no heating neither air conditioning! so I arrived to a freezing room and had to find a heater myself, as no one could help ("maybe tomorrow" was the response). After a month of traveling in Mexico, this was by far the worst accommodation. apartment 1 is at the street level so noise and people walking by practically at the side of your bed. blinders are not blinding, so anybody can see you from outside. no breakfast, had to pay 500 pesos for late check out which, given the level of service given, is frankly ridicolous.
