The Sentra Manado

Proximité de l’aéroport (taxi 15 min). Le petit déjeuner buffet est délicieux et variés. Le personnel est très souriant et aidant. L’hôtel est accommodante, car mon vol a été déplacé d’une journée et ils ont accepté de déplacer ma nuit sans frais.

L’eau de la piscine est un peu fraîche selon mon fils de 8 ans, mais moi je l’ai trouvé rafraîchissante avec la chaleur extérieure.

Towels were not ready. Water drain really sucks. The lock of the sliding window was broken.

Muy buen sin ninguna duda. El servicio, la habitación la piscina, comer dentro del hotel muy barato y bueno. Todo muy limpio, y el trato excelente. Si tengo que volver a Manado repetiría sin duda!

Por decir algo la ubicación. No está cerca del centro y necesitas coche o moto para llegar al centro.

I was trying to get in touch with you to request the refund for the room we paid We are from Australia and we had early flight at 4am The Managemnet assigned the room for us on the 5th floor together with a big wedding group All night kids were running screaming knocking on our door There was so much noise and we couldn’t sleep. I went down to reception area and complained to the duty manager who didn’t care. Please refund me my money We didn’t sleep all night and were under so much stress
