Everything is good and clean in all aspects.

The beds are too soft for us.

Just nice for 3 of us, we had plenty of space to open our luggage and move around.

So high up and the way up was not easy, stairs and turn then spiral stairs climb with luggage is no joke. There were no soap available at all. There were cracks in the bathroom, when you step on it, it moves and sink! Felt like I can almost fall to the next level. The curtain was unable to close, so the sun came into the room and became quite hot.

The environment of the outside. The room itself too.

On our last day, the electricity was off. We didn’t know whom to contact. Because we didn’t see anyone at the reception during our stay, until we left.

Good location and good food and polite staff

Noisy room due to a tank filling up for what seemed like 2 hours in the middle of the night . Plumbing issues

Very well located just off the route of the Cotswolds Way. Contactless check in worked well. Good value.

The bar / restaurant was so-so. Nothing really wrong with it and useful given there is not really much else around, but kind of no-one really using it and the food was microwave vibes. But kind of difficult to see what they could do differently given the hotel size / business model.

Good area for my trip.

No coffee in room only tea bags. Could hear noise from other rooms as walls not insulated. Charged extra for second cup of coffee at breakfast.
