"Ideal when walking The Cotswold Way."

I found the Charlton Boutique Hotel easy to find on the approach to Charlton Kings. The self service system worked well and I was able to get in and pick up my luggage efficiently. The room was warm and well decorated with a good space. Everything dod what it was supposed to do. I didn't use the restaurant. I felt confident to leave my bag to be picked up when I left in the morning. Does what it says on the tin! Perfectly placed for walkers on the Cotswolds Way and a great simple one nighter if that is what you need. I had my tea at Dunkertons which had a great atmosphere and is only a few hundred yards away from the hotel.

Quite place, self check in, and decent quality and facilities in room.

Water pressure was not that good from shower head.

Staff and location were good. Rooms were OK but the beds were comfortable.

Some of the fixtures and fittings were tired and the showers were not very clean

Breakfast was limited choice and despite only having a smaller portion of a full breakfast we were still charged full price and service charge. It was very nice though and service was good.

Maybe more choice on breakfast menu.
