I liked the self check in. I thought it was very easy and you could leave the key in the key box, which was nice and safe. The room was Large and clean with large windows.

For a boutique hotel I was not expecting open tea bags. They were just left with the tea things and tasted nasty (probably because they weren’t sealed). The kettle was attached to the lead with nowhere to plug it in near the tea things. So you had to carry a boiled kettle and lead across the room. Very cheap blue soap (the stuff we had in school). In unlabelled bottle. Please don’t scrimp on the basics and call it boutique! Also 2 bedheads and very low bed.
