Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residences

Vincent and all the staff were so accommodating and helpful! The hotel is beautiful, room was great and we couldn't ask for a better location to experience SanSe (easy in, easy out). Interesting artwork throughout the hotel. There was a beautiful flamenco show in the lobby one night and the continental breakfast buffet was a nice bonus. Special shout out for Vincent for saving the last leg of our trip!

Pool is very small. Doesnt seem to be the same pool shown on booking. Limited seating limited shade as well

Unique property in a great location

I booked this using points, so I can't speak to the value. I felt like it was totally worth it. This place looks exactly like the photos. It felt grand and intimate at the same time. It's a small boutique hotel and never felt noisy or crowded. Our room was right off the lobby which was really convenient for breakfast and catching Ubers. The room was lovely, with an amazing mattress that conformed to your body and beautiful floor to ceiling velvet curtains. We could hear the door next to ours when it opened and closed, but other than that, we didn't really have any issues with noise. All of the staff we interacted with went out of their way to help us without being asked. The continental breakfast that's included was a pleasant surprise and seemed like a step up from a regular hotel continental breakfast. The courtyard was very pleasant to sit and enjoy a drink and a book. We had no complaints and definitely would stay here again.

We stayed one day at the Don Raffa prior to our cruise in February. It was an amazing hotel. Wonderful art deco decor -very colorful -and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Our room was huge. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Front facing windows, however, can get a little noisy from traffic late night, but other than that, it was exceptional

Although the decor was very nice, there was definitely something strange about the rooms. The bathroom was less than two feel away from the head of the bed and had a sliding door that didn't close properly so no privacy at all. Also we had drinks in the lounge area before dinner one night and there was definitely something wrong with my scotch. Within 20 minutes my vision went black and my husband had to practically carry me back to our room!! I had only had two sips of the scotch and sent it back because it tasted weird. I wasn't drunk because I'd only had one other drink.
